Giving Feedback

Giving Feedback is very simple. The feedback request arrives as an email with a link in it. Clicking on the link takes the feedback provider straight into the feedback engine – there is no need to log in. To give feedback the feedback provider merely has to:

  • Read the feedback request email and click on the link
  • Score the individual on the competencies
  • Expand on these scores or give unstructured pointers or tips
  • Send the feedback to complete the giving feedback process

That’s all you have to do when you are giving feedback.
